In IKEA – my role is Program Management -, Build, steer & drive the Product evolution of One IKEA TAXONOMY – This is an IKEA wide complex & complicated initiative involving working across the entire IKEA eco-system consisting of IKEA entities – INGKA, INTER-IKEA, R & S, IMCC, CBF and 10s of various diverse product groups & Product Owners (POs) in the One CMS (Content Management System) team consisting of Frontend / backend Developers, UX Designer(s), Architect(s), EM, SCRUM Master in an AGILE Delivery environment. Also it involved working cross functional across various product groups / Product Owners (POs) in DIGITAL as well as MARKET SUPPORT groups in IKEA like Advertising, Media and so on in evolving & building a common Taxonomy for IKEA as well as implement & roll-out across 31+ markets of IKEA throughout the world in a very tight schedule  – In all in involved dealing & interactions with 100s of stakeholders & people from different functions, Cultures, countries & backgrounds. This is a high impact program with the TAXONOMY system being used by 1000s of Co-Workers
